Finding help and contacting support

If you have any questions about the platform or encounter technical errors:

1. Go to the Settings menu (⚙️ icon).

2. Tap "Help & Support". You will find an FAQ section.

3. If your question is unanswered, select "Contact Us" or use the support email address: support@mtalim.uz. Please be sure to describe the issue clearly (e.g., "Child's grades are missing").
