Adding necessary contact persons

You can designate key individuals whom students, parents, or staff can contact for different needs.

  1. In School Settings, go to Contact List.

  2. Click "Add Contact".

  3. Specify the Name and Role (e.g., "Admissions Officer", "Discipline Head").

  4. Provide the appropriate Contact Information (Phone/Email). These contacts are separate from teacher and staff profiles and provide a clear communication channel for administrative queries.
