The Security page, accessible from the Main Sidebar Navigation, is your central location for protecting your mTalim account. Here, you can manage your credentials and control who has access to your account.

Key Security Functions

The following core tools are typically available on this page:

• Password Change:

  • The ability to change your current password to a new one.

  • This usually requires you to enter your old password, and then enter the new password twice to ensure its accuracy.

• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):

  • Setup an additional layer of protection for your account.

  • When 2FA is enabled, a temporary code sent to your phone or generated by an authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator) will be required in addition to your password for login.

• Session Management / Login History:

  • View a list of all devices and browsers from which you have logged into mTalim.

  • Display information about the date, time, and approximate location of each login.

  • The option to forcibly log out of inactive or unfamiliar sessions to enhance security.

• Security Notifications:

  • Configure the alerts you wish to receive via email or push notifications (e.g., notifications about a new login or password change).

💡 Security Tip: Change your password regularly, and it is strongly recommended to enable Two-Factor Authentication for maximum protection against unauthorized access to your account.
