Viewing Class Information

After your join request is approved and the school admin assigns you to a class, you will get full access to your class information through the Student Panel in the mTalim mobile app or web version.

What You Will See:

  1. Class Name on Top
    When you open the Student app, your assigned class name will be displayed at the top of the screen, making it easy to confirm which class you belong to.

  2. School Page Overview
    Go to the School Home Page within the Student Panel. Once your class is assigned, this page becomes active and shows all educational resources and class-related content.

Available Sections:

  • Study Materials by Subjects:
    Browse or download learning materials uploaded by your teachers, organized by subject.

  • Distance Learning Program Tasks (if any):
    View and complete remote learning activities assigned by your school.

  • Announcements:
    See all the latest updates and important notices from your school administration and teachers.

  • Assignments:
    View homework and project tasks, along with submission deadlines and status.

  • Attendance:
    Track your own attendance records and see which days were marked present, absent, or late.

  • Timetable:
    Access your weekly class schedule with subjects, time slots, and teachers.

  • Online Exams:
    Participate in online tests when scheduled by your teacher.

  • Offline Exams:
    See information and dates for in-person exams arranged by the school.

  • Reports:
    Access your academic progress, exam results, and performance summaries.

Where to Find This:

  • All the above sections are available through the Student Panel → School Page after you're assigned to a class.

⚠️ Important: If your school has accepted your join request but has not yet assigned you to a class, the School Page will be accessible but will remain empty until the class assignment is made.
