Waiting for Admin Approval

Once you’ve submitted your join request to a school, here’s what happens next:

  1. School Admin Reviews Your Request
    Your request will appear in the School Admin’s dashboard under “Incoming Student Requests.” The admin will review your provided details (name, selected class, contact info) to verify your identity.

  2. Approval or Rejection
    The admin can approve or reject your request:

    • If approved, the admin will then assign you to a class.

    • If rejected, you’ll be notified, and you can try sending another request with corrected information if needed.

  3. What You Can See During This Time
    While waiting:

    • Your student panel will display a message such as:
      “Your join request to [School Name] is pending admin approval.”

    • You will not see any class materials, lessons, timetable, teachers, or announcements until:

      • Your request is approved

      • You are assigned to a class

  4. Important Note
    Even if your request is approved, you won’t see anything in your app until the admin manually adds you to a class. Only after class assignment will your dashboard and school features become fully accessible.
